1.     Keep Your PC Updated

4.     Activate the McAfee Consumer Product Removal

 

·        If you have previously downloaded McAfee Software, then MCPR tool will delete all old caches and data of Old McAfee Software.

·        Always download the new version of the MCPR tool and it will delete only those files required for reinstallation once again. It doesn't delete all the components.

·        Take the back-up of all files and programs

·        Download MCPR Tool

·        Double click at MCPR.exe file

·        If a warning message is displayed, then click at Continue or Run

·        At McAfee Software removal page, press next and then click Agree to accept the End User License Agreement

·        Type the Captcha displayed on the Screen, and it is case-sensitive, then press Next option with your cursor

·        After the process is completed, then you will get a message displaying at your Screen

·        The message is 'Removal Completed.'

·        If the MCPR tool fails to delete all those components that require reinstallation, you have to Restart your device again.

·        If again, the message is displayed "Cleanup Unsuccessful", follow the same procedure to clean up caches and cookies to reinstall McAfee Software successfully.

·        After multiple attempts, if the same message is displayed, you have to connect with McAfee Support Number to resolve the issue.

·        You can also install McAfee Software by disabling Pop-up and Blocker of your browser.

·        Disable it by going to Menu, then click at Settings option
