  • Check Firefox SSL Settings

1.     In the “Address bar”, write “ About: Config” and then press “ Enter”.

2.     Pop up of “This might void your warranty” will display then select “I’ll be careful, Promise.”.

3.     Type security.ssl.enable_ocsp_stapling in search box.

4.     Now try to connect the website, and still, you find the same problem, then move to step 2.

You might get this type of error if your computer is connected with a proxy.

1.     Select “Tools” from the Firefox menu bar, and then select the option   “Tab”.

2.     Now select the “Network” tab from the “Advanced “ panel.

3.     Now select the “setting” button in the connection field.

4.     You will notice a pop on the screen showing “Connection settings”.

In the connection setting, check the type of active proxy configuration. If the PC is at the manual proxy, check for all the protocol fields and modify it to the best possible settings. If you face any problem while practising these steps, it is strongly advised to contact the network administrator.

If you find that PC does not select for Manual Proxy Connection, then do not alter the settings, close the window, and contact the person who handles it.
