Tweaks to Troubleshoot “Secure Connection Failed” Error in Mozilla Firefox
- Check Firefox SSL Settings
1. In the “Address bar”, write “ About: Config”
and then press “ Enter”.
2. Pop up of “This might void your warranty” will display
then select “I’ll be careful, Promise.”.

Type security.ssl.enable_ocsp_stapling
in search box.

Now try to
connect the website, and still, you find the same problem, then move to step 2.

You might get this type of error if your
computer is connected with a proxy.
1. Select “Tools” from the Firefox menu bar, and then
select the option “Tab”.

panel.
